This art is one of a series of four pieces I did of Millbrook, NY for notecards. It is definitely historic, done in the heyday of the Corner News Store – the hub of town.

The building on the left is Vera Berray, an elegant gift shop. Some of my favorite candlesticks and linens are from her collection. They appear in many of my illustrations.
