Drawing Rickie Fowler this past June, I grinned as I thought about the memory of the beautiful endgame of the 2015 THE PLAYERS Championship. Also included in my art are Sergio Garcia and Kevin Kissner, fellow stars of the magnificent Sunday-afternoon, three-hole aggregate score playoff at Sawgrass.

It is a kick to paint such moments in a game! From my studio chair, I manage to live a vicariously thrilling life. Golfers have incredible stamina, discipline, and steely control - these aspects counterpoint to their Clark Kent gracious manners. One might just be watching super heroes...
